An elector may request a digital copy in writing by emailing: mhowell@libby.org or by physically mailing your request to LINCOLN COUNTY ELECTION OFFICE, 418 Mineral AVE., LIBBY, MT 59923 to request a voter list.

Voting Criteria
To vote in Lincoln County, you must meet the following criteria:
- 18 years old, or older, on, or before, the next election
- A citizen of the United States
- Have lived in Lincoln County, MT for at least 30 days
- Registered to vote as required by law
You cannot vote if:
- You are currently a convicted felon serving a sentence in a penal institution
- Have been judged in a court of law to be of unsound mind

*Pursuant to a September 2022 court order, an elector may register or change the elector’s voter registration information after the close of regular registration as provided in 13-2-301 and vote in the election if the election administrator in the county where the elector resides receives and verifies the elector’s voter registration information prior to the close of the polls on election day.
