FULL-TIME: TAX/MOTOR VEHICLE CLERK (40 HRS PER WEEK)

POSITION AVAILABLE: Lincoln County has a job opening for a full-time Tax/Motor Vehicle Clerk with the Lincoln County Treasurer’s Office in Libby.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the Treasurer and the Motor Vehicle Supervisor, performs administrative and clerical duties in the collection of taxes and the processing of various tax related claims and forms. Clerical duties in rendering public assistance for securing titles, registering vehicles, vessels, and determining and collecting license fees. Processes motor vehicle registrations and other motor vehicle transactions; must be able to manage money and learn procedures rapidly; requires a thorough knowledge of office procedures.
WAGE: $17.26 After 6 Months $17.92
BENEFITS: Sick Leave after 60 days, Vacation Leave after 6 months, Health Insurance within 90 days, Retirement

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the Director, performs professional and technical duties including investigating, analyzing, regulating, and coordinating functions related to implementing sanitary standards and environmental health programs. Works with the public, surveyors, professional engineers, developers, boards, and state agencies.
WAGE: $27.22 After 6 Months $27.88 up to $29.29 After 6 Months $29.95 depending on experience.
