Meadow Peak Communications Tower
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting bids for construction of a communications tower to support antennas at the Meadow Peak communications site.
Bids must be submitted on a bid form available from Deputy Kirk Kraft at (406) 293-4112 ext. 1244, or email kkraft@lcsomt.us. Specifications are also available online at https://lincolncountymt.us under “Public Notices.”
Sealed bids will be received at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office, 512 California Ave., Libby, MT 59923 no later than 11:15 a.m. MST on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021. The envelope containing the sealed bid will be labeled “MEADOW PEAK COMMUNICATIONS TOWER BID.” Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time in a public meeting of the Lincoln County Commissioners.
Lincoln County reserves the right to refuse any and all bids for this project. Construction of the tower is contingent on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Montana State Historical Preservation Office (SHPO) approval.
