Medical & Health

Lincoln County provides health coverage to all eligible employees and their dependents at no cost to the employee. The County also provides many health services to eligible employees as listed on this page.

Services Provided

  • Medical Insurance
    The County Medical insurance is administered by Employee Benefits Management Services (EBMS). Booklets describing the plan may be obtained from the Human Resources office.
  • Optional Insurance
    Employees may arrange to purchase additional life, work and dental insurance through AFLAC. The local representative may be reached at, or by contacting the Human Resources office.
  • Life Insurance
    The County provides a term life insurance policy of $15,000 for all eligible employees at no cost to the employee.
  • Preventative Medicine
    Preventative health surveys and information is provided to all County employees through Two Medicine
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    Visit EAP Online
    The EAP offered by the County is administered by APS Healthcare. It provides professional, confidential counseling for employees and the members of their household for drug/alcohol issues, relationship issues, stress/depression/grief issues and other areas. The services are provided free of charge and are completely confidential. The County is not notified at any time about an individual's participation in the program.
