The Human Resources department must in-process all newly hired employees. We ensure that the necessary forms are filled out and filed correctly and the new employee has been provided all the information needed to make informed decisions. The forms and information sheets listed below should be filled out by the supervisor and the new employee on the first day of work. These forms should then be forward to the Human Resource office, once they have been printed and signed.
The following forms must be filled out completely and then printed during the new employee's in-processing.
